Days, Flurins, Gertans, and Klents:
There are no names for the days, each is referred to by number. Every 1st and 10th days of the week are considered Selcans (Days of rest). A day in Lierien is broken up into six periods called Flurins, which occur in the following order: Qewart, Donlon, Mern, Cuylah, Jenral, Gredso. Each period is made up of 240 Gertans(minutes), and each Gertan is made of 60 Klents(seconds).

Seasons:

Fernnas:
The first season in the year, Fernnas is marked by high temperatures (95 plus degrees Fahrenheit) all across Falthoan, with little rain in the northern two-thirds of the land during the month of Drosteh. In Illiz, the temperature begins to drop down a bit (mid 70s to 80s), with more moisture, making for a very humid climate.

Lund:
In Estran, temperatures continue to drop (mid 60s-70s), and rainfall amounts continue to increase. Flooding is a common occurrence during this time. Verdraw is more of the same, though temperatures continue to drop (50s & 60s). This is the season of the harvest, when most crops are collected.

Codlan:
The month of Joculb marks the beginning of winter in Falthoan. With temperatures topping out in the 40s, any remaining crops must be harvested, or be lost to the freeze of Harnim. Fortunately, precipitation amounts go down during Joculb. When Harnim arrives, the first true blast of winter hits, with temperatures rarely getting above 30, however, snowfall is rare in Harnim, only averaging an inch or two for the month (except in the north).

Icanis:
Pilteryd is the heart of winter, and it is considered lucky to have temperatures in the 20s. Snowfall increases in Pilteryd, and blizzards are common. Average snowfall during the month is anywhere from 8 to 24 inches. Kefq marks the end of winter, with snowfall amounts and temperatures similar to Harnim.

Weldow:
Locetal marks the beginning of spring, with heavy rainfall amounts and temperatures in the 40s and low 50s. Planting of the harvest begins in later Locetal and goes on throughout Mesrin, when rainfall totals go down and temperatures go up into the mid 50s to lower 60s.

Sessni:
The last season of the year, Sessni is marked by moderate temperatures (60s in Tabeon, 70s in Clegur) and moderate rainfall amounts. The harvest has been planted by this time, and farmers are busy tending the crops during this season.
